Salon News

Whilst our salon has been closed we have been working very hard behind the scenes refreshing, deep cleaning and re-designing the space so that the salon feels as good as new for your return.
Above all, we are implementing additional salon safety measures to make sure your visit will be relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.

Salon re-opening update:

In light of the current Covid-19 situation, we are taking a common sense approach and would like things to continue as normal as much as it is possible during these challenging times. We are following government guidelines and are, as always, taking the relevant precautions.

We are happy to announce that we are now able to offer a full range of hair and beauty treatments.

In order to comply with Government guidelines we have put together a few new in-salon procedures.

‘New’ In-Salon Procedures:

Social distancing measures are being put in place throughout the salon to reduce the number of people you would be in contact with at any given time. We have installed protective screens in between each work station to enable social distancing.

All our teams are wearing protective visors, a face mask and single-use aprons as well as washing their hands when they enter the salon and in between every client appointment.

We are disinfecting the entire salon regularly throughout the day, sanitizing chairs, sanitizing treatment couches, nail stations and protective screens, back washes, hairdressing and beauty tools and electronic devices in between every client.

A new in house tablet that can be sanitized after every use will be replacing our old paper consultation cards to avoid the handling of materials.

We are currently removing all magazines from the salon as these items are unable to be effectively cleaned.

Our hot drinks facilities will be temporary removed from the menu, however a newly installed water cooler machine with disposable drinking cups will be available to you at all times. If you wish to bring your own hot or cold beverage we would politely ask you to dispose of it after use.

You must provide your own face covering and it is to be worn at all times during your appointment. If you do not abide by these rules set out by the government we have the right to refuse your appointment and you will be asked to re book.

We will be politely asking every client to wash their hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizing stations are also available throughout the salon.

For hair services a ‘Personal protection Pack’ will be available to you, which will include your own disposable towel and gown. For all beauty services disposable where possible or freshly laundered towels will be used and replaced after every treatment.

We also cannot accommodate accompanying guests to any appointments due to social distancing and other customer well being in the salon.

We are accepting cash payments but to reduce the handling of material between our team and customers we would prefer you to pay using our contact less facilities.

We can appreciate that some of these procedures may cause some inconvenience but our main priority is health & safety of our team and customer base.
